Wells Fargo renames Merlin 麻豆传媒

Wells Fargo 麻豆传媒, the capital markets and investment banking business of Wells Fargo & Company, has rebranded recently acquired Merlin 麻豆传媒 to Wells Fargo Prime Services.
Wells Fargo 麻豆传媒 purchased Merlin 麻豆传媒鈥攁 San Francisco- and New York-based prime brokerage services and technology provider鈥攊n April this year. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Merlin鈥檚 web-based suite of prime brokerage technology solutions, which are known as MerlinPRIME, MerlinSHARP and MerlinCOMPASS, have been renamed Wells Fargo PRIME, Wells Fargo SHARP and Wells Fargo COMPASS.
