REGIS-TR makes four new appointments

REGIS-TR has appointed Philip Brown, Jesús Benito, Maurice Lamy, and Francisco Nicolás as members of its board of directors.
Brown, Deutsche Beteiligungs AG (DBAG) segment head for the Clearstream business line, has been named as the new chairman of the board succeeding Jeffrey Tessler.
Succeeding Jose Massa, is Benito, Iberclear CEO and member of the management committee of BME, who has been appointed as new vice-chairman.
Both Brown and Benito have been members of the REGIS-TR board of directors since its inception.
Meanwhile, Lamy and Nicolás have been appointed as new members of the board of directors.
Commenting on his new role, Brown said: “I am delighted to assume the role of Chairman of REGIS-TR and am looking forward to further building on our position as the preeminent European market infrastructure for regulatory reporting, particularly for the imminent Â鶹´«Ã½ Finance reporting obligations.â€
