EquiLend stake sold to NBC

J.P. Morgan is selling one of its two stakes in EquiLend to the National Bank of Canada (NBC).
Commenting on the sale, Brian Lamb, CEO of EquiLend, said he was "thrilled鈥� to welcome NBC to its ownership group and board of directors.
