Broadridge has launched an analytics platform that is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of issuers’ investors and voting patterns.

Issuers can use built-in Artificial Intelligence on Broadridge Investor Insights to help identify opportunities for increased investor engagement in the voting process.

Demi Derem, general manager of international corporate governance for digital transformation and market innovation at Broadridge, explains: “This new solution provides issuers with powerful insights and navigation tools to successfully manage and predict meeting outcomes while transforming the communications experience and delivering heightened levels of transparency for both issuers and investors.â€

The solution uses current and historical data to understand ownership structure, investor behaviour and preferences. Issuers can then connect with their underlying investors via the centralised platform.

The new suite forms part of Broadridge’s international solutions for issuers based outside of the US and includes ESG tools and consulting services.
