Sharegain, a UK-Israeli fintech company based in London, has appointed Chris Dimmick (left) as head of relationship management and James Cosh as its senior operations manager.

Dimmick joins from AcadiaSoft, where he was relationship manager for nearly five years.

His position is a newly-created role and will be reporting to Keren Halperin, Sharegain’s deputy CEO.

Dimmick will be responsible for developing and implementing our strategic relationship management plan and deepening our relationships with existing clients.

Before ArcadiaSoft, Dimmick worked for J.P. Morgan Chase as global collateral strategic project manager for five years from January 2010 to 2015.

Prior to that, Dimmick worked in multiple roles for Deutsche Bank for just shy of two years, he worked as an asset services lead project manager and risk manager.

Before then, Dimmick worked back at J.P. Morgan Chase for over seven years in multiple securities lending based roles, before returning back to the firm in 2010.

Meanwhile, Cosh joins the Sharegain team from Pirum Systems where he was working on SFTR implementation.

Cosh’s new role as senior operations manager will see him working across the full spectrum of Sharegain’s operational processes and be responsible for the day-to-day management of the operations team.

Cosh will be replacing Nick Shepperd who has left the securities finance world and has started his own property finance business.

Cosh will be reporting to Matt Barnett, Sharegain’s head of operations.

Before Pirum, Cosh was based in Denmark working at Saxo Bank as global head of middle office for three years.

Before then, Cosh held assistant vice president roles at Deutsche Bank and Lehman Brothers, as well as a senior associate role for Nomura.
