Citi promotes Matt Glennon

Matt Glennon has been promoted to head of Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), equities lending of Citi, effective 1 September.
This follows the recent of Marcus Rudler who was director of Europe, the Middle East and Africa, head of equity agency securities lending trading at Citi.
According to Citi, in his new role, Glennon will be key to the ongoing development of the regional and global product.
He will report to Stuart Jarvis, head of EMEA agency lending from an EMEA perspective.
In addition, he will also be a member of the global strategic trading team reporting into Dave Martocci.
Glennon brings a wealth of industry experience to the role that has been built over his 20 years at Citi.
Most recently, Glennon has been managing the principal stock lending desk within the prime brokerage.
Prior to this, he held various roles on the fixed income finance and repos sales desks.
